While the recent year is come to an end soon, The National League of Junior Cotillions has released two lists where they have mentioned the names of most mannered and most ill-mannered people of this year. It was the newlywed Kate Middleton who got the owner to be the most mannered person of the year. This year, Kate Middleton made huge headlines when she married Prince William. The bride and groom have known each other for a long time, but this year they finally got married. The famous Justin Bieber and Paula Abdul got second and third rank respectively.

The reason she topped the list is she does not have guts to handle her private matters accurately. The list makers say that she is an inappropriate person in any way who does not know how to deal with people and how to make her life private from others. As Kim got divorced this year, she is accused of disrespecting the institution of marriage as she did make a private matter public, and did not handle it accurately.
